The Details

Food Sensitivity Program by Rethink Nutrition

Here’s how our 90-day program works:

STEP 1: Food Sensitivity Testing. Our first priority is to get your symptoms calmed quickly (usually in 10-14 days). We’ll mail you an MRT food sensitivity test and use those results to implement dietary changes (which are usually temporary)..
STEP 2: Rebuilding your diet and repairing your gut. We’ll match you with a dietitian who best suits your personal goals, based on your intake survey. They’ll be your Lead Dietitian and primary contact throughout the program. Once your symptoms are calmed down, your Lead dietitian will work with you to rebuild your diet and make sure it's as varied as possible, while only avoiding the few foods that really bother you.
STEP 3: You get unlimited support. You’ll have regular visits scheduled with your dietitian, but anytime you have a question or issue come up, you can send us a direct message in our client portal or give us a call. Let's say you're doing well and we've got your symptoms in a good place and then all of a sudden you have a flare. We want you to be able to reach out to us and get a response back the same day so we can problem solve it in real time instead of waiting for your next appointment.
STEP 4: Rethinking your health habits. You already know that “life stuff” plays a huge role in your G.I. Symptoms. Stress, poor sleep, and lack of movement can all exacerbate your symptoms. Each week, you’ll receive a new training in your inbox on one of these topics, plus guidance and support from your dietitian on how to incorporate them into your daily habits.

FAQS

What’s the difference between this food sensitivity test and others on the market?
Most food sensitivity tests, like Everlywell, which you can get over the country, are IGG testing, which means they show what you’ve been exposed to (aka, what you've eaten recently) versus what you actually have an immune response to. This leads to a lot of false positives.

Here at Rethink Nutrition, we use an MRT (mediator release test), which shows what foods and chemicals actually cause an inflammatory response in your body. It’s considered the highest standard in food sensitivity testing.
What if the test shows that I don’t have any food sensitivities?
In more than 10 years, this has never happened. If you’ve read through this page and you identify with what you’ve read, we can pretty much guarantee that something will show up on this extremely accurate test. But to ease your doubt, this is exactly why we have a personal phone call with every single individual before they enroll in the program. We only accept patients if we feel 100% confident we can help them feel better.
