Please understand that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We do not check benefits for clients so it is your responsibility to know what your plan covers and what your portion of the cost is. If your insurance does not cover our services, we have prompt-day discounts available. Please reach out to us at email@example.com for more information. Coverage varies greatly between plans. If insurance declines to cover your visit(s) for any reason, you are responsible for the full amount billed. If we are out of network with your insurance, sessions may still be covered. Payment is due from you at the time of service and we can provide you with a superbill. You then submit that to your insurance. Any reimbursement from your insurance will then be sent to you.
Don't have a dietitian in your area with the right specialty for you? If you're unable to travel to our office or just prefer to meet from the comfort of your own home or office, we're happy to provide convenient phone or video visits.
Note: Virtual visits qualify for the same insurance benefits as in-person visits.
