Through the years, Sheri has worked with a variety of individuals, including retirees, working parents, pre-pregnancy nutrition, pregnant women with and without gestational diabetes, new mothers, recreational athletes, work/life balance seekers, college students, professionals short on time, professionals seeking healthy eating while traveling, those needing to improve glucose control, individuals presenting with low energy, bloat, and sleep issues. She has consulted on a vast array of various health concerns including managing high-blood pressure, high cholesterol, digestive issues (IBS, GERD, Gluten Intolerance, Colitis), Type 2 Diabetes, Gout, and PCOS.
Sheri has experience in developing Diabetes programs, Weight loss programs and working as a Practice Liaison for Kansas University Medical Center’s RE-POWER study for weight loss. She works with a variety of cultures and ethnic groups of various socioeconomic statuses. As a nutritionist, she uses active listening and considers the whole person, including mind, body, and lifestyle, in making evidence-based, individualized recommendations to optimize overall wellness.
